118jili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
118jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
Upon termination for cause, 118jili may forfeit any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to 118jili, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML review.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 118jili customer support. Account closure does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 118jili's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 118jili will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
Disputes relating to PAGCOR-licensed gaming activities may also be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable regulations.
118jili reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
